Starwberries Romanoff

My childhood favorite. I just called it strawberry dip not knowing it actually had a name. Other variations include adding a tiny bit of orange zest or the juice of an orange, or a splash of Grand Marnier. I think it's perfect without. A simple yet elegant dessert. The combination of sour cream with the sweetness of the brown sugar is absolutely addicting! Serve this in a champagne or martini glass with a mint leaf for an elegant presentation.
